In India, OnePlus is updating the OxygenOS software on its flagship OnePlus 11 smartphone. Consequently, users of these two phones will receive the June 2023 Android Security Patch, which will improve the system and network connectivity, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as well as the overall performance.
OnePlus has stated that this update will be carried out in phases, meaning a small number of users will receive the update now, while a larger number of users will receive the update later, prior to a full-scale update release, to ensure the update is bug-free.
In contrast, the OnePlus 10T will receive a new OxygenOS 13.1 update that will improve battery life, camera stability, and include the latest security upgrade. With the enhancements, the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 10T will offer the following features.
Update to OnePlus 11 Software
The software update was announced by OnePlus via the company’s Community forum. There will be an immediate dissemination of a limited quantity of software, followed by a larger rollout a few days later.
The new software update is currently only available in India, but will become available in Europe and North America by the end of June.
The update will incorporate the Android security upgrade for June 2023, enhance system stability and mobile network connections, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.
Update to OnePlus 10T Software
The OnePlus 10T will receive a new OxygenOS 13.1.0.580 update, which will be exclusive to Indian users and will include the latest Android security upgrade for June 2023.
The update will improve system stability, extend battery life, and improve camera stability. The software update will be implemented in stages.
